  • managed a group of freelance writers in order to create new content for the CTU blog and other campaigns as needed
  • assigned blog topics based on the overall CTU content strategy and oversaw content creation from beginning to end, concluding with approval from key stakeholders and CEC Legal and Compliance
  • scheduled final assets for CTU’s web content editor
  • tracked analytics including number of unique visitors, page view, average time on page, bounce rate and number of leads

  • drafted and designed blog posts, published multiple times per week and shared on social channels

 

SOCIAL MEDIA

At Colorado Technical University:

  • assisted social media manager in creating content for CTU’s social channels, included creating and activating content for specific holidays and events, as well as providing words of encouragement or providing support for students
  • monitoring and moderating the various channels – provided information or assistance to students in timely manner

INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS

At Colorado Technical University:

  • wrote and edited communications for internal distribution within CTU and CEC, included posting on an internal communications board, as well as through e-mail

At Colorado Technical University:

  • collected and submitted the team’s invoices and worked with key team members to track the team’s forecasts and spending.

At NoteworthyNotes:

  • worked with variety of budgets to create and complete gift or invitation orders for customers

 

Specific campaigns at Colorado Technical University:

FAST TRACK CAMPAIGN

Launched new challenge exam program CTU Fast Track, which included drafting and deploying announcement emails to students, alumni, staff and faculty, drafting a press release, drafting copy for CTU’s website and working with the creative team to create a downloadable PDF for students and an informational training flyer for admissions representatives.

 

MATRICULATION CAMPAIGN

Drafted multiple emails to current students at various points in their degree program encouraging enrollment in next degree level, tested and proofed emails and oversaw deployment by third party.

 

CTU PRESENTS

Drafted announcement communications to students, alumni, staff and faculty about Ken Stasiak speaking event at CTU, worked with third party to build landing page for emails, communicated with past attendees via EventBrite.
